My name is Edward T. Bryant, JD, and I am a lawyer with 10+ years experience working in the legal publishing field (currently employed at Wolters Kluwer). I am focused on issues related to the use of legal data and legal information systems. I am also a blogger, programmer, web developer (mostly PHP/MySQL), and native Chicagoan. I received a B.S. from Bradley University, where I majored in Political Science, minored in art, and spent three years combining the two as an editorial cartoonist. I attended law school at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, where I specialized in intellectual property law. After graduation, I worked in Silicon Valley for two years until the bursting of the dot com bubble, when I returned to Chicago where I currently live with my wife Kimberly.
